Results | The Oxford shortlisting committee will meet in April, and shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview in India in April or May. We expect to notify successful candidates in July 2009. We will post a notice on this website when the results of the scholarship are known. Due to the volume of applications received, we are unable to contact unsuccessful applicants individually or provide feedback on their applications |
Other information | One award is made each year to a non-Indian student who demonstrates academic excellence and financial need. This student is selected from the applicants to the Clarendon Fund and approved by the University and the Felix Committee. It is not possible to apply for this award directly and any such applications will not be submitted to the Committee. Past Felix scholars who have attended Oxford on a Master's programme are now entitled to apply for an award for a DPhil course. As Master's results are only available after the start of the next academic year, these candidates will need to take a gap year in between applications, and should return to India to do so. Up to one such scholarship will be granted per year. There is a reception each year for Felix scholars at the three participating universities |
About the donor | The donor for the Felix Scholarship wishes to remain anonymous. The administration of the Scholarship is conducted by the three partner universities, with the support of the Felix Trustees and their agents in London |
