The IITB-Monash Research Academy, based in Mumbai, India is an exciting partnership between the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) and Monash University – two of the world's leading educational and research institutions. Together IITB and Monash are taking a collaborative approach to multidisciplinaryresearch that can effectively deliver high impact,integrated solutions to complex research problems for industry, government and the broader research community.

Applying or a PhD
	The application process Step 1 Please download the expression of interest form which will enable us to adequately evaluate your background, academic standing and research interests. There is no closing date to apply. You can apply whenever you want but the sooner you apply the better. Email your completed form to: students@iitbmonash.org Step 2 If your Expression of Interest form is found to be suitable, you will be sent a full form by email. You will be invited to fill and submit this full form along with copies of your academic transcripts, publication record, GATE score sheet, and other supporting documentation. The PhD application form and accompanying documents should be mailed to: Project Coordinator - IITB/Monash Research Academy C/O Dean Alumni and International Relations IITB, Powai Mumbai 400076 Phd Program interviews Phd Program interviews Interviews for places in the Phd program will be conducted in November 2008. Interviews will be face-to-face at IIT Bombay, Powai Campus, Mumbai or by phone. Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted with further details.
